Repair completed promptly and quickly
I first visited Sytner Sunningdale a year ago for the first MOT and a service and was very happy with the welcome and technical support that I received from Ms. Diane Carpenter and her team.This is why I recently returned for the second MOT/service.

Everything was great
When I arrived at the centre on the date I agreed with the technician who carried out my estimate, it was clear that I was not expected. I was made welcome whist being hastily booked in by reception. I was not spoken to by a service representative.
Service was done but the onboard computer was not reset so it still showed the service as pending. When I called to have this rectified, I was told that the next appointment date would be around 2+ weeks later.
Service was booked as "while you wait" but service centre weren't aware of this when I arrived. However they did a good job at getting it serviced in a reasonable time, despite it being busy. However, complimentary car wash was a very poor standard.
On collection of car they could not find the car, when they did it had been parked under trees and was filthy. Tyre pressure gauge not reset. Whole process took 1 hour on a Friday afternoon to reclean and reset car.
Confusing response to questions around timing, cost & content of service due.Although booking a defined content of work this was not carried out ~ which necessitates another booking
Service was professionally taken care of while I waited and worked in the lounge area. Booking service was quick. I asked for "service while waiting" but two weeks in advance this wasn't guaranteed. On day itself all was good.
Issue resolved promptly and professionally
I had put my car in to have a broken alloy wheel replaced. The wrong wheel was replaced so that I had to bring the car back to have the fault rectified. Throughout I found it very difficult to get in contact with the service team
Although the wait was longer than anticipated, the work and staff attitude was very good
-I had to wait several days whilst a part was shipped from Germany-interior of car left in a mess (contents of armrest scattered over back seats)
The issues have been dealt with but I am still waiting for a quote for some work

I chose to book in personally after a not very confidence inspiring call to the national call centre. I was seen reasonably quickly, my keys were read then booked in for the correct service type. Perfect.

Excellent, efficient service with a smile.
I was delayed by an hour, but I was welcomed warmly. As the MOT and Recall was going to take most of the day I was driven to Windsor so that I could spend the day there. MOT and Recall were undertaken and the car was returned clean.

Everything happened when I was told it would, and the job was completed with no surprises.

No reason to give less
There was some coomunication issues around letting me the know the car was 1, getting the additional work that was recommended by you done and 2, when it was ready to be picked up as I had only a small window to get the car back
I requested to pick up my car at 4pm. When I got there it wasn't ready, and I finally left just before 5pm. When I got in the car it smelled badly of body odour and the seat memory settings no longer worked.
I was called when the service was due. The appointment suited me and the check in was friendly and informative. The service was completed ahead of time and the car was handed back clean.

You replaced the wheels for us (winter to summer), which is a normal 6 monthly event. However, one of the tyres was badly warn and we had to change it urgently (as pointed out in the MOT). I would have expected your technicians to have noticed
Everything was performed as requested, but the sat nav was inoperable for 4 days as the dealer didn't have a code and I was called to ask if I wanted my front brakes done as they had less than 1500 miles left but I found out later they had over 10000
I turned up unannounced at the dealership just to buy 1litre of oil and they put it in the engine for me straight away.
Great customer service, use of the boardroom for my telephone meeting, great techs too!
The fault was identified quickly and part replaced from stock.
Problems with booking, called multiple times even though was booked in (received confirmation text). When I arrived no record of work and they had to raise new job card. Excellent service from Mike who dealt with me.
I was looked after by Rich Jackson who kept me informed all through out the service. I also had the video showing my car brakes tyres etc. Collected car which had no additional grease marks that I had become accustomed to at my previous dealer.
car was just in for a wheel change, was carried out efficiently and followed up with a video report. Perfect!

Gave me use of the boardroom to work whilst I waited which was very useful. Time of service was as advised and car also cleaned.
The issue with the folding rear seats on my brand new BMW X1 has not been fixed. It has been back in the service centre twice and I had the car returned last week only to find that the seat that was working now longer works.

Everything was exactly as arranged
This is the first service for this car as it is fairly new. Car was cleaned satisfactorily. I lifted the bonnet and there were lots of leaves and other debris from trees like small pine needles and lots of soil washed into the channels by rain water.

The recall was performed quickly while I waited, including the car being cleaned and inspected
I was happy with the service itself and the customer services advisor was great, however I was disappointed with the quality of cleaning of my car. The interior had been wiped with a dirty cloth, interior looked dirtier than when it went in.
Still my gold standard.

Chloe, on Reception, and Mike Harmsworth are both exceptional, I would say. They display a real keenness to help and satisfy.

Was to busy and mistakes were getting made, missing reasons for car being serviced. Still to date have not received quotation for the body repair despite booking for this, then waiting for photos to be done before I could leave.

From start to finish I received excellent service from Luke Jordan. Smart, polite, efficient, sent excellent video, answered questions quickly, liaised with his colleagues where need be, dealt with a difficult situation, secured sale of the vehicle.
Car came with a fault and responsiveness to calls & questions after the sale was made has not been great compared to during the process. Business manager, Stuart, during the purchase process was very good.
