The Sytner Sunningdale service staff are easy to deal with, and usually there are no surprises.

Very pleased the only reason it is not 5/5 was that the on board computer diagnostic plug in cover was not replaced following the last visit on my 320 convertible and I now have an open socket above the accelerator

The delay in booking in my two cars due to the unavailability of a loan car can be frustrating. Maybe those who have a service pack should/could take priority
The car has now had a software update and seams to be running well. The car was also taken into the paint shop to check on some marking on a rear door handle this was rectified.

Service representative was friendly, knowledgeable and had a professional manner. Car MOTed/washed in a reasonable time. Minus three stars as the cream leather interior had significant dirt marks on the door handles. Unacceptable.

This was the third time the car had been in for the same issue and this seems to be largely ignored in discussion and no acceptance or acknowledgement of the significant inconvenience of having to keep returning the car and the cost involved
Having been introduced to the assistant manager, who handled my case, everything went smoothly.
Daniel kept me informed by telephone and as stated above provided me with a very good loan car in the interim, unlike some dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

The car dash said a service was due, I booked, along with my MOT.On checking in I was told a service was not due and would not be done.On receiving my car back - the car dash still says a service is due and my front passenger seat has been marked

I took my car to Sytner because there was a strange rumbling noise coming from the engine when maneuvering on full lock at low speeds. The technicians replaced the alternator belt / tension pulley and the noise has greatly reduced, but not completely
The whole process from being informed that the Vehicle was due a Service to checking in the car and the Service was outstanding.
I was disappointed by how long it took for Brake fluid change and MOT which were prebooked. It took 3 hours and the promised car wash was not completed.
on this occasion the issue that was fixed lasted only 24 hours

Would be 5 out of 5 if you found a way to deal more effectively with refurbishing of diamond cut wheels! Takes far too long and this detracts from the otherwise close to perfect service.
I was very satisfied with the main service, how that was organised and carried out. However there was a glitch with the Control software upgrade which meant that the BMW factory fitted folding towbar no longer worked properly
Took 4 days to get my appointment confirmed as no one called me back. Arrived and the wrong tyre had been ordered. The tyre guys has to put a bigger size tyre on the rear of my vehicle. Annoying as i provided all tyre information in advance.
the cost of the repair was very expensive
Your representative mentioned the tires were under-inflated as it was a service request I would have thought this would have been corrected.

This was a call back issue from BMW due to Airbags not fitting correctly and needed re-seating on the dashboard area of my new XI. As this was a new fault found by BMW it took time to be completed.

Car cleaning was poor. Dirt behind door Handles and in detailing. Wheels needed to be cleaned properly when I got home.
As I said when called for feedback the checkout was too long winded. This was due to different person from check in and into new t bring passes across
The only reason I was not completely satisfied was that on my first trip for the car service, I was sent back home as the car has not reached the exact service date...i thought this should have been pointed out to me when I booked for service

Great service centre - you feel as if you are walking into a 6 star hotel ! excellent staff from reception to service personnel (Mike Harmsworth is the tops, gold star service !), full details of what has been carried out on my vehicle.
Service is great, but slightly disappointed to be told that an air conditioning refresh would be £65 and alloy wheel repair over £100. Couple of days later received an email from Vines of Gatwick offering this for £29 & £37 respectively.

I felt Diane did all she could to help and was honest with the options available.
I was surprised when I was advised that the service dept. couldn't remove the dust caps on my wheels, as they were metal. I managed it the following day!
Sunningdale services actually checked my fault properly and diagnosed it as a fault with the condenser, my usual dealer said I had damaged it but couldn't tell me how. Very pleased with the level of care provided by Sunningdale BMW.
Service with a smile
I arranged for a courtesy car but when I dropped my car off I was told I couldn't have one because I hadn't got my driving licence with me. I spoke to several service advisors making the booking and not one told me I'd need to show my licence - poor.

Everything was fully explained and the presentation when I picked up the car was a lovely touch as was the gorgeous bunch of flowers.
During collection the school phoned to tell us our daughter was sick and needed collecting, Jack did his best to cover the key points but made it clear we could call or come back at anytime if we had questions.

I was expecting the car to be under a cover in the showroom awaiting my arrival but instead it was brought around to the front of the building after waiting slightly longer than necessary for it to be cleaned although it was a New vehicle
Chris went above and beyond to find the spec of car I wanted in the right colour. A task made more challenging as BMW removed silver as an option on M cars. Without this effort to meet my needs I probably wouldn't have purchased
