Just that lady rang up to say how it went. I said the engine light has remained on. She put me through to service and it rang for a while before it hung up. When I get time I will ring again

Work done on time, albeit very expensive
The service lady was very helpful and the service and MOT went very well.
Despite there being a delay in being seen to, the staff were friendly, helpul and informative. Surroundings were also comfortable.
Again, everyone in the garage is extremely helpful

Great service centre - you feel as if you are walking into a 6 star hotel ! excellent staff from reception to service personnel (Mike Harmsworth is the tops, gold star service !), full details of what has been carried out on my vehicle.
Service is great, but slightly disappointed to be told that an air conditioning refresh would be £65 and alloy wheel repair over £100. Couple of days later received an email from Vines of Gatwick offering this for £29 & £37 respectively.
The work was completed as planned with no problems
Despite the comments above, the way my visit was handled was good and the job was completed while I waited.

I felt Diane did all she could to help and was honest with the options available.
I was surprised when I was advised that the service dept. couldn't remove the dust caps on my wheels, as they were metal. I managed it the following day!
The process was easy to book in and collect my car all at the times agreed
Sunningdale services actually checked my fault properly and diagnosed it as a fault with the condenser, my usual dealer said I had damaged it but couldn't tell me how. Very pleased with the level of care provided by Sunningdale BMW.
Service with a smile
I arranged for a courtesy car but when I dropped my car off I was told I couldn't have one because I hadn't got my driving licence with me. I spoke to several service advisors making the booking and not one told me I'd need to show my licence - poor.
Recall work required two visits rather than one - all parts were not available first visit
Professional and welcoming
From the greeting in the car park, to the settling of the account at the end, the staff are attentive and make sure you are kept up to date on what is going on. I always feel like I'm being dealt with professionally at Sytner Sunningdale, from start
It was a smooth process and all very organised.
Because of the above. If you're going to offer a wash and vac service at least do it properly. The boot hadn't been touched at all. All around the gearbox and centre console hadn't been vac'd , door rims were still dirty, carpets werent done well

The staff were brilliant but the parking was hideous. There are nowhere near enough spaces and I went in the week during office hours...

main problem was car boot (soft close) not working properly so computer registering boot open, convertible roof therefore not working. Told boot needed realigning! now I know longer have a soft close boot at all.Also 2 keys req'd batteries 1 done!
The work that it went in for was minimal and done well. I have since noticed a cluster of minor dents on the top of the bonnet (the paint not been broken) and wonder whether this may have been caused accidentally(but not seen)during work in the shop
Having dealt with Sytner Sunningdale for over ten years, the standards always remain the same, excellent.
You postponed the service by a week - offering a valet. You confirmed it the night before with none of the details already discussed as to what needed to be done and that an MOT was required. I arrived and was not on the list.
Only part of the job has been finished off and they want to book it in again. It's such a painful experience . And doesn't need to be.
Didn't vacuum car. I had asked not to wash it but expected vacuum after windscreen replacement.
This last experience I have had a very poor experience. I have had to chase for answers all the time, no unprompted phone updates, no quotes for extra work to be carried out and then work carried out (told it was under warranty and then charged for)
i would have been fully satisfied if the valet had been done properly - the boot was not vacuumed at all and i specifically removed all golf stuff from the car so teh boot could be vacuumed
Efficient, friendly service. Sytner Sunningdale are not my closest BMW dealership, but I'm willing to travel for the quality of service that they provide.

My car was with BMW Sumter for just 1 day for 2 recalls plus to sort out an engine malfunction light that had come on on the dash board, despite being told when I dropped it off the evening before, that it should have been booked in for 2 days.

I was fitted in via emergency services, since they could not deal with fault for 4 weeks
The work was done ok however I had to leave my car at the garage for an additional day as it was not looked at early enough in the day.

I first visited Sytner Sunningdale a year ago for the first MOT and a service and was very happy with the welcome and technical support that I received from Ms. Diane Carpenter and her team.This is why I recently returned for the second MOT/service.
Everything was great
When I arrived at the centre on the date I agreed with the technician who carried out my estimate, it was clear that I was not expected. I was made welcome whist being hastily booked in by reception. I was not spoken to by a service representative.
Service was done but the onboard computer was not reset so it still showed the service as pending. When I called to have this rectified, I was told that the next appointment date would be around 2+ weeks later.
Service was professionally taken care of while I waited and worked in the lounge area. Booking service was quick. I asked for "service while waiting" but two weeks in advance this wasn't guaranteed. On day itself all was good.
Service was booked as "while you wait" but service centre weren't aware of this when I arrived. However they did a good job at getting it serviced in a reasonable time, despite it being busy. However, complimentary car wash was a very poor standard.
Issue resolved promptly and professionally
I had put my car in to have a broken alloy wheel replaced. The wrong wheel was replaced so that I had to bring the car back to have the fault rectified. Throughout I found it very difficult to get in contact with the service team
Confusing response to questions around timing, cost & content of service due.Although booking a defined content of work this was not carried out ~ which necessitates another booking
On collection of car they could not find the car, when they did it had been parked under trees and was filthy. Tyre pressure gauge not reset. Whole process took 1 hour on a Friday afternoon to reclean and reset car.
Although the wait was longer than anticipated, the work and staff attitude was very good
-I had to wait several days whilst a part was shipped from Germany-interior of car left in a mess (contents of armrest scattered over back seats)
Courteous reception and very knowledgeable & helpful technicians.
The issues have been dealt with but I am still waiting for a quote for some work

Always first class service
I chose to book in personally after a not very confidence inspiring call to the national call centre. I was seen reasonably quickly, my keys were read then booked in for the correct service type. Perfect.
Never had a problem before but once I did it got resolved quickly and efficiently

I was delayed by an hour, but I was welcomed warmly. As the MOT and Recall was going to take most of the day I was driven to Windsor so that I could spend the day there. MOT and Recall were undertaken and the car was returned clean.

No reason to give less
There was some coomunication issues around letting me the know the car was 1, getting the additional work that was recommended by you done and 2, when it was ready to be picked up as I had only a small window to get the car back
I requested to pick up my car at 4pm. When I got there it wasn't ready, and I finally left just before 5pm. When I got in the car it smelled badly of body odour and the seat memory settings no longer worked.
I was called when the service was due. The appointment suited me and the check in was friendly and informative. The service was completed ahead of time and the car was handed back clean.
Service done quickly while I waited
I was expecting the car to be under a cover in the showroom awaiting my arrival but instead it was brought around to the front of the building after waiting slightly longer than necessary for it to be cleaned although it was a New vehicle
Chris went above and beyond to find the spec of car I wanted in the right colour. A task made more challenging as BMW removed silver as an option on M cars. Without this effort to meet my needs I probably wouldn't have purchased
Great sales person Himmet. Updates as scheduled and did not disappoint.
All the ordering was done by email and phone as I was overseas. I cannot fault the attention from the dealer and the good level of communication.
