Just one small point stopping me rating you as 5 star.The tyre pressures after a wheel change did not appear to have been checked, on checking myself it appeared each tyre had a different pressure reading, all not to the standard.
Everything went well but I wasn't completely "happy" with the guy who checked my car in. He told me if I locked my car with the key the alarm wouldn't be activated - not according to BMW! He also disappeared to have lunch whilst my car being wash
Good service, proactive advisor, value for money additional items. Long delay that evening for vehicle collection.

Took car in to have brake pads replaced, it was there for 24 hours. Only days after collecting it Ad Blue warning came on, why didnt they check it while it was there. They found time to make a video of the tyres and clean it, but not to check Ad Blu
The overall set up at Sytner sunningdale is a bit cramped but your service staff made the experience easier.
The video of the underside was very useful, plus the commentary. Assigned technician, service staff and valet very good. Quick turnaround.

To be fair to the BMW maintenance nit when the experience was brought to their attention the response to the complaint was as I would have expected from a professional customer facing service outlet.
Requested car be ready for collection at 4pm. Delivered car to Ascot @ 9.15am, had to chase up to see if it was ready as not heard by 4.30pm. Advised it would be ready at 5.15pm. Had to wait further 1/2 hour. Not great as had appmnt that evening.
Very good and could have been excellent but the service did take a little longer than planned due to a recall being done at the same time

From purchasing the car to getting a repair done they were absolutely 10/10. The whole experience was efficient and easy, couldn't fault a thing.
Issue not resolved meaning car (new) has been booked in for s repeat visit. Had been promised a loan car which on the day of the repair wasnt available. No contact during repair had to chase twice for information.

My problem was dealt with very promptly. I needed 2 new tyres so had to come back the following day. Carl was, as usual, polite, kept me updated as to progress as he knew I was on a tight time schedule. He is always brilliant to deal with.
I particularly liked the "meet and greet" service - met as soon as I'd parked, greeted by name and escored inside to a desk. On collection the car was brought right to the door of the service department for me. It feels as though they care!
Parts needed to be ordered and they arrived on the same day. The technician wasted no time in fitting the required parts and I was able to collect my car on the same day as the drop-off.
I had a heart attack so Sytner arranged to come and collect my car and deliver back before the MOT expired.

The only reason Im not completely satisfied is that the I drive and electronic seat and memory settings were not reloaded as I had them, do things like map settings and seat positions and memory had to be reset from scratch. This has happened twice

The delay in booking in my two cars due to the unavailability of a loan car can be frustrating. Maybe those who have a service pack should/could take priority
The car has now had a software update and seams to be running well. The car was also taken into the paint shop to check on some marking on a rear door handle this was rectified.

This was the third time the car had been in for the same issue and this seems to be largely ignored in discussion and no acceptance or acknowledgement of the significant inconvenience of having to keep returning the car and the cost involved
Service representative was friendly, knowledgeable and had a professional manner. Car MOTed/washed in a reasonable time. Minus three stars as the cream leather interior had significant dirt marks on the door handles. Unacceptable.

The entire process was based on my being able to drive out of the showroom at the end of the day completely satisfied with my purchase. No detail, however small, was ignored and no issue, however large, was too difficult to resolve.
Everything ran like clockwork but more importantly they communicated with me all the time which is vital and any small issues where quickly overcome
I loved the selection of cars you had to choose from, I was looking for a luxury car, with lots of extras on, you had what I was looking for.
The salesman was great, he helped me decide the best model for my needs, then kept me fully up-to-date with progress from start to finish. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Other staff members I encountered were also very informative & helpful
I was really happy with my whole experience at BMW and the car was delivered to me a few days earlier than expected, again down to Justine's efficiency. She also chose a great number plate for the car which she gave a great deal of consideration to.
