The car software was updated and was ready in good time for me to collect . Also the car was vacuumed and washed a pleasant surprise and to my complete satisfaction. It was good to get the VHC on the vehicle giving me the confidence.
Great service, Gary kept me updated so I did not have to chase up what was going on

O fusion over Service Pack created unnecessary stress. Very disappointed that Sytner no longer offer a car pick up service. Now that we are a retired one car family getting to and from Sytner is a problem. I am looking for an alternative service co

3. After 2-3 days no call on when car was going to be ready and so had to phone up to find out what was going on. Now told the wheel balancing machine was broken so been delayed further. 4. Finally get to pick up the car 1 week later!!
Excellent communication and very professional service.
the whole experience always seems manic and way too busy and never really in control. I was explicitly told to be there for 5.30.i inconvenienced myself and in the end it was not ready until 6 and so had to wait for 30 mins
In general excellent, but you could have a greater availability of courtesy cars to minimise issues when cars are being repaired through no fault of consumer

I only spoke to the service adviser over the phone, I have never met him in person, but I did feel his manner was a little abrupt on occasions. Also, when collecting the car I was surprised, and disappointed, it had not been cleaned.

I have experienced other centres with my travel for work, but I always come back to Sytner Sunningdale. Diane is amazing, Richard and Danny see to my every need and Gary looked after me on this occasion. His service was exceptional.

Having waited for 2 weeks to get the vehicle into Synter It was somewhat disappointing on the second day the Technician did nit turn up and another day was lost on the repair.

Almost perfect service.
Have problem with bad condensation and leaking water from the passenger door. Bought car from Sytner last summer and water leak was only discovered in the frozen days as ice was discovered. Problem was there since I bought the car. No resolution.
The original fault was not corrected on first visit so required a revisit that was time consuming and inconvenient.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly and referred to Gary Parkinson the Senior Service adviser. He dealt with the my M6 end of warranty check/brake fluid change and first MOT. He kept me informed throughout the day - completely satisfied.
MOT and service appear to have been carried out properly. Certainly the car seems a lot brisker than it was and the brakes more positive,
Work was completed correctly and on time.
Courtesy car was provided and problem covered by warranty was rectified but the car was not valeted before being returned which I have always experienced and appreciated from Berry and Cooper.
Having purchased six cars from Sytner Sunningdale in the last 12 years without problem, the last month has been extremely disappointing.
Nothing went wrong
Generally one is well looked after. On the last occasion though the service indicator was not reset which means a return visit to get it done. Nuisance and costs time and money.
I needed more work done and it was hard to understand the pricing structure especially in terms of labour charge to be able to make a comparison with other garages

You no longer off home collection. I opted to wait for this oil change yet it took 2 hours!. This is really poor service. There's no point trying to book a loan car as my work plans often change and have to wait weeks to get another loan car.
Because I call leave messages and calls are not returned for a couple of days. It takes stroppy emails to the salesman at bmw Sunningdale to get the service centre to return calls.

Took 2 visits to have issue fully resolved, due to lack of testing 1st time.
When I purchased the vehicle I was told that the Service Centre in Ascot would come and collect the vehicle within a 10 mile radius of Ascot (which I am) However this service is no longer available and getting to Ascot is not easy in rush hour.

Fine on the whole but the centre doesn't appear to have updated the service record on the I drive - or is this done remotely? I assume I may have to come in to get this done, which to be honest would be pretty inconvenient. The wait was rather long!
Booked a 90 minute slot and got the car back in time. Service was good and prompt. Waiting facilities can be better and some refreshments around would have been nice. Experience in other showrooms such as Merc and Lexus for me have been much better.
Usually, at my previous services, the inside is valeted. This was not done.
The car went in for a check on a headlight failure and MOT. I suggested that they get a headlight unit in stock, this was not done and I had wait over the weekend It would have saved everybody time and money if the lamp has been oredered earlier.
The level of customer service from one particular service agent was shockingly bad and was really disappointed at how we were treated by the individual.
Car has been left with an oil leak following the service. Had to call twice today to get an update and was eventually told at 1600 that car is at the back of the queue to be looked at! They'll try and prioritise it as they just serviced it!
The service consultant kept informed of what was being done and expected time remaining very helpful when planning your day
There is a HUGE difference between the experience in the service (Ascot) and sales centres (Sunningdale). Surprised I've only got 120 characters left so no point continuing explaining my score.

I was asked if i would like my car cleaning after the mot and i said "yes please" it didnt get cleaned.
When I returned to pick my car up I expected to pay the £12ish as I had said I wanted to reduce the no claims. To my surprise that was waved as well and was told not to worry about it. Great service and I would use Sytner Sunningdale anytime!!

Good customer service and understood my needs as I requested to be able to drop my car off and collect the courtesy car the night before at short notice, sytner understood my needs and ensured that happened. Cant say much for the telephone journey
As per usual the reception staff and service manager are top notch.
This was the 5th visit for the same rear seat issue. I was told they'd need my car for 3 days, it took 5 in the end. The hire car was filthy inside (dirty tissues etc), and had no fuel and two electrical issues (indicators not working).
Took longer than advised to wait while car being serviced - almost 2&1/2 hours v 90 minutes advised
The service was prompt and dealt with very professionally by the service desk team.

Sytner has been great with all aspects of service to date. Keep it up and we will have a happy and long relationship. Unfortunately I did not buy my BMW from Sytner but based on the service I receive, you will get my business next time around.
After many years of good experience with Ascot this was really poor and I'm very unhappy with eventually getting the car back after 3 months and the work is so poor it require further work again.

Awful communication Didn't fix faults even after going in twice No courtesy car offered even though my car was off the road for 2 weeks.
The person I dealt with was fantastic. Only down side would be the length of time to complete the work but I was happy
This is the second time in days I have been asked to complete a survey. Arriving and parking was poor. I had to wait at the road at the entrance before someone took the car. Reservations was poor and had to escalate to a manager Car wash left streaks
All seemed to go smoothly, wasn't held up.
Once at the Sytner service centre I was treated very well and was subsequently phoned and guided through the issues regarding the satnav. Once fixed the car was returned to my home. The issue was very poor communication before the appointment.
Car given an mot pass and yet on your health check your engineer reported a bulging rear tyre.......luckily I read report and bought two new tyres two days later
Reception were very polite when I was there in person and when I was called the people I spoke to were very polite. But when I called in the phone would always ring through to voicemail.
Despite buying my car, almost 7 years ago from Sytners, on this visit you had my car registered to my husband. When I turned up, therefore, the service consultant waited until my husband arrived to talk to him, across me, about the work to be done!

Quick repair. Courteous service. Covered under warranty. Advisor was late calling me back after the repair was completed, so I lost my ride. However, he arranged for a cab to collect me. Excellent service.

Efficient polite and informative
Sytner in Ascot - the sales staff and finance managers were friendly and very helpful during the purchase and during the after purchase.
David Casey kept us updated all the way through the process as did the BMW systems. I never felt pressurised and David answered any questions with knowledge and was always willing to help in any way required.
