Front line guys are awesome, the service team are very good
No complaints this time. Everything was as expected.
Receptionist was busy on phone when I arrived (talking about cakes) and no one stood in to help. Receptionist also spent time looking at TV and talking loudly.
Not sure my exhaust problem has been fixed
I asked for a pen to be removed which fell through the little hole in the back seat and it's moving from left to right as I turn the car I was told it was removed but it never was
My M6 has suffered two problems since Oct and repaired OK, I may still have a problem with the trackstar which may have been triggered during last repair. I did have it booked in but the problem stopped for a week but has happened again.

Too many cars booked in. Small issue asked for advice on(see q4), no advice when picking up as no proper consultation as everyone was very busy. 700 miles after service I found Oil cap hadn't been replaced, was left on front lip of engine.
The service was quick. There were not unwelcome surprises. The cost of the service was very reasonable.

The process was fairly straight forward
The assistant helped and the staff were friendly, but the back and forth between Sunningdale and Solihull wasnt overly professional. I ended up asking to be involved in the conversation as it appeared like children fighting. John was good though.
1. I sent an e-mail to the address on a bill, waited more than 24 hours and had to follow up asking, am I going to get a response etc.2. It took over an hour to make contact with a receptionist to answer a message from you.
Services good at desk
At the end of picking up my car it was mentioned that the air conditioning gas was low - in fact when I drove the car the air conditioning was not active (no gas!). Why this was not topped up I do not know, especially as warmer weather now upon us!
my car was serviced as expected and washed & cleaned afterwards. I only had to wait 90mins or so before collecting
Helpful staff & always keep one updated on what's happening with vehicle.
Apart from having to take the car back to resolve the A/C everything was fine and conducted in a reasonable time (as I was waiting).
I try to be flexible when I take my car in, I don't push for a loan car unless I have appointment booked. The staff know this and in return drop me back to my office - now that is going over and above customer expectations.
Both Ascot and Sunningdale are really nice to deal with, from when I purchased both cars right through servicing.

The car was booked for a certain time and to be collected at a specified time. The car was dropped off on time but wasn't ready when it was supposed to be collected; no communication from dealer either about delay plus not all work done!
The advertised price online should have been honoured. Fortunately the service manager did step in and offer to reduce the price, which is why I have given an extra star. The whole situation was embarrassing. As it stands the price is still incorrect

The MOT was booked into the wrong dealership.The member of staff who dealt with me, preceded the conversation regarding the warranty "that I would be charged if it wasn't found to be BMWs fault." This was for an ongoing fault for years. Off putting
Richard was very helpful and made the event easy for me, and fixed the perpetual squeaky brake problem.

It was good to be able to speak to an advisor, explaining technical details and guided me as to whether further work needs to be done to my vehicle.
The adviser (John) was not in my view, clear or confident in my dealings with him, unlike Josh ChanMarshall who I purchased the vehicle through. I was charged for investigative work that felt unwarranted.
Small panel lost off rear panel during the process (loose following a collision but was there when I dropped car off). I called to see if it could be found, phone responder was rather unhelpful. Service team (customer check in) always very charming

Only held back from "Completely satisfied" as my tyre pressure was low after the service - I didn't notice until returning home and opted to rectify it myself - I'm confident Sytner would have resolved it immediately if I had seen the issue before.
Always very thorough. Servicing is expensive however.
Would have been a 5 but the windscreen wiper bkades were making noise so I've replaced them. I thought for an MOT they would have been checked more thoroughly
Forgot to stamp my servive history book i dod tell them but they forgot so i drove down few weeks later got it stamped not even a sorry from senior staff
Quick effective informative diagnosis head and shoulders above several other main dealers who excel in lazy diagnosis and high costs.
Everything was done in the time specified. I had a nice tea while waiting. The waiting area was fine (although I miss the biscuits you used to provide. When I came a week ago and waited 4.5 hours, a biscuit would have been very nice.)
A couple of outstanding items still for completion, which I'm sure will be done.

Theyre charming people but cant escape the disappointment of £1100+ bill for a new battery and clearing a body work drain. Advised replacement for a cracked wheel which Id recently had replaced at the same workshop! Computer error allegedly.

My car went for a pre-out of warranty check and then failed its MOT a few days later for the headlamps being set too high on both sides. I replied to the initial survey asking for feedback with this information and never heard back.

Since the service the Vehicle Check symbol has regularly appeared. When referring this to Ascot today I understand the vehicle now has to be returned for a reset. Since we live in Camberley and are not normally over Ascot way this is inconvenient
Didn't fix the knocking sound which remains.Car couldn't be picked up and was rather expensive.Car came back nicely cleaned.

The weather was terrible with ice and snow the car was very well prepaird and the instruction on the controls was first rate
Poor part exchange valuation offered compared to two other garages who saw my VW. No discount on the BMW. I felt the BMW centre knew I was going to buy from them anyway and they could 'get away' with offering such a low trade in price. Not impressed
