Would have been a 5 but the windscreen wiper bkades were making noise so I've replaced them. I thought for an MOT they would have been checked more thoroughly
No issues and the first service was carried out well. I would have rate completely but they couldn't find a fault with my comfort entry..
Always very thorough. Servicing is expensive however.
Only held back from "Completely satisfied" as my tyre pressure was low after the service - I didn't notice until returning home and opted to rectify it myself - I'm confident Sytner would have resolved it immediately if I had seen the issue before.
A couple of outstanding items still for completion, which I'm sure will be done.
Forgot to stamp my servive history book i dod tell them but they forgot so i drove down few weeks later got it stamped not even a sorry from senior staff
Quick effective informative diagnosis head and shoulders above several other main dealers who excel in lazy diagnosis and high costs.

Everything was done in the time specified. I had a nice tea while waiting. The waiting area was fine (although I miss the biscuits you used to provide. When I came a week ago and waited 4.5 hours, a biscuit would have been very nice.)
The service I received was great as per usual. Even better was the little video of the inspection of my car, I thought that was a nice touch.

Theyre charming people but cant escape the disappointment of £1100+ bill for a new battery and clearing a body work drain. Advised replacement for a cracked wheel which Id recently had replaced at the same workshop! Computer error allegedly.

Since the service the Vehicle Check symbol has regularly appeared. When referring this to Ascot today I understand the vehicle now has to be returned for a reset. Since we live in Camberley and are not normally over Ascot way this is inconvenient
This was the first time I had problems with BMW Sunningdale. On the day I brought my car in, I was kept waiting both in the morning and when I came to pick it up. Also my brake pads hadn't been changed although this had been flagged up as needed.

16th Jan was booked for changing the mirco filter . The wrong parts was ordered fand i have to wait for a few hours for the right parts to arrive. I have to cancel my work appointment on that date.
I only went in for a wheel change, but was treated like a valued customer. The waiting area is very pleasant so it was no hardship to spend an hour drinking coffee and reading the papers while my car was readied for winter.
When I booked I was advised that the service would take 1.5hours, however when I arrived I was then told 2.5hours. I was advised that it was only when you had the key fob that you knew how long the service would take.
After booking car in a member of the workshop team contacted me to ascertain the exact light that needed replacing. Job completed on time and car ready as agreed at check in.

The workshop always writes they have washed and hoovered the car as a courtsey bit the fact is my car has never been washed or cleaned whenevery I have been sent the letter saying so. Such a small thing but I would prefer it not mentioned if not done

The garage had to investigate a complaint which was not easy to diagnose. I make no complaint in the nature of the work or the time taken. It was the lack of communication in keeping me informed that was of concern. I was always chasing Dan.

Most things were dealt with, but I do have to return for an undiagnosed problem, plus I did struggle to get hold of people on the phone several times.

It seemed far too obstructive a booking system to want to liaise with Service Advisor Diane Carpenter - who handles my requirements with the utmost care...& did so again on this occasion - when we did finally make contact!
Unfortunately, the service representative allocated to my vehicle was off sick, so that meant the process was not quite as straightforward as it could have been
Mike Harmsworth could not have been nicer to deal with. His communication was great and he did exactly what he said. My only reservation is the cost. On this occasion £1,400 for anew headlight !!!!!

Service was booked for when needed . It was completed on schedule despite a small delay about which I was kept informed. Wanted to change the service schedule to earlier the same day and this was done.

I delivered the car at 8.30 am. It was a warranty check , MOT and tiny service only. I was told I could wait but if I didnt I would be contacted when ready. I was not contacted and had to phone at 5.15pm.Continued below!,
