My car was in good shape so no nasty surprises
The MOT was done efficiently. The car was also booked in for a warranty check as it was three years old but I don't know if this was done or if everything was ok.
Just don't show any customer attention what so ever if you are wanting to drop you key off in an envelope and be handed an envelope have n idea who there customers are
All servicing completed satisfactorily but failed to let me know they had completed cleaning it and was ready.

The Service received was not appropriate at all, was told its not their issue but BMW and was asked to call Customer care. Of the 3 people I spoke there was only 1 John who was understanding but again he just delivered the car key

Everything was ready when I got there. Handover was quick and simple and the courtesy car was ready to go.
The service /MOT was booked in very good time, but I had to change the date and this was achieved with no problem. It is essential for me to have an ongoing relationship with a service receptionist, and this I have, so that I feel a continuation.
I had little customer service so no updates of what was the status of my car. A simple MOT should take 20 mins. As for the warranty check I question that this was done seeing that my car has since broken down
They've been great in fixing the car even though they didn't supply
Wheel alignment took 3.5 hours in total however I was initially informed it would take 1 hour - the work only involved adjusting 1 wheel. Car still does not feel perfect - informed customer service on phone but I've not heard back.
I mentioned a problem with my SatNav and I thought that it would be sorted during the service. I have been told that the service team require the vehicle for up to 5 hours to sort it out. I can't really do without the vehicle for that long.

would have been perfect except as I was in for a wheel swap and had a tyre pressure warning 5 minutes after leaving the service centre, I suspect someone forgot to reset the pressure monitor.
Trains were cancelled which made me late, but I was still able to pick the car up.
Because customer service was not part of the service. I had to request for the service. I have previously used Berry BMW at Stockly park where the service has been better. My car was collected and dropped off. Here this was not offered
Catalogue of errors in the repair of my vehicle. I'm STILL waiting for the bodywork quote. The decline in level is service is significant. V disappointing.

I was very concerned about the problem but they explained what they had to do and why.
The visual check did not include a written report like it used to. Would have been interested to know tread depth on tyres etc. Mentioned that front windscreen wiper blades were very noisy. Was told they were fine. They aren't.

Very good service as always. John looked after me. Everything was explained well on the day . He called to confirm my booking in advance and updated me throughout the day on the cars progress and timings. He couldn't have done any more.
I had paid for a service package so there were no costs for the service although I needed new break pads so there was an extra cost for this work.
Went smoothly, and I could actually park easily! Bonus!
I received no updates regarding service work and expected completion timeframe for work on my car. Despite 4 calls to Sytner with promises to call me back every time I had no return calls. I shall not be using Sytner for my servicing in future

Di, the receptionist on this and the previous occasion defines good customer service. Polite, understanding and last year sorted out a potentially difficult problem when my car failed on the very day we started our holidays. Full marks!
Loan car ready......work finished on time....car cleaned
After the service the car had been scratched so I had to arrange for it to be taken back in and addressed.

Would have been 5 stars - and I appreciate that it was a bank holiday weekend - still I did have to chase for an update.
Since I have this car, I cannot rely on the petrol or electric range. Every time when I brought the car with this fault, I have been told : "We cannot fault the car".

Been a customer for 5 years now and in the last 2 years the quality of service has deteriorated considerably. I did not receive a call to say the car is ready and it wasn't even cleaned despite knowing that I was coming to collect.
I provided my own oil so the price could have been adjusted. Very pleased with the professionalism and honesty. Car not washed upon my request but also handed back without damage. Relaxed experience.

(cont from above) you have now rebooked us for a review, FIVE WEEKS in the future. How ridiculous is that? On my other vehicle, I have an almost 4 week lead time for an onboard computer fault. I had to call in FOUR times to get it booked.

As I said a service agent called Roxy was looking after me - she seemed to disappear without explanation and I called six times and got told someone else would call me back - they didn't
It would have been a 10 but there were some minor issues, the washing of the car seemed to have been rushed. I appreciate it was complimentary but that does mean a sub standard service and I was initially charged more than what was quoted online.

I purchased my car from Sytner Sunningdale and had it serviced by yourselves for the last 6 years.This time there was a dispute over my bill which I had to do the chasing,now sorted but felt the customer service has changed and not for the better.

Got a booking within the week for a Saturday morning. Was seen to straight away and out in one hour. They didn't wash it or do any updates as I requested which shows they listen to customer demands. Was given a good quote for some additional parts.
Generally, very good. I did want to assign my agreement to my company but was told I cannot. That's a disappointment.

1. Initially told me they did not open before 0800 then a few days before emailed to say I could drop it off at 0730 hrs. 2. Went to collect my car after work. Should have been an easy to do. But I waited 25 minutes. could not find my car!
I booked on line the service as specified by the BMW app. But the price I was charged was much higher than specified at the point of booking.
Did all work required, highlighted some issues and provided a course of action to rectify
Initially there was arrangement for car to be collected and driven back .This service has been withdrawn.
One issue when leaving the premises. One of your customer's was parked awkwardly blocking an entry way and rudely refused to move which meant extra manoeuvres faffing around to position the car so I could safely pass vehicles.
Service took a lot longer than I was told but still happy with quality of the service
The car software was updated and was ready in good time for me to collect . Also the car was vacuumed and washed a pleasant surprise and to my complete satisfaction. It was good to get the VHC on the vehicle giving me the confidence.

O fusion over Service Pack created unnecessary stress. Very disappointed that Sytner no longer offer a car pick up service. Now that we are a retired one car family getting to and from Sytner is a problem. I am looking for an alternative service co

3. After 2-3 days no call on when car was going to be ready and so had to phone up to find out what was going on. Now told the wheel balancing machine was broken so been delayed further. 4. Finally get to pick up the car 1 week later!!
the whole experience always seems manic and way too busy and never really in control. I was explicitly told to be there for 5.30.i inconvenienced myself and in the end it was not ready until 6 and so had to wait for 30 mins

I only spoke to the service adviser over the phone, I have never met him in person, but I did feel his manner was a little abrupt on occasions. Also, when collecting the car I was surprised, and disappointed, it had not been cleaned.

Having waited for 2 weeks to get the vehicle into Synter It was somewhat disappointing on the second day the Technician did nit turn up and another day was lost on the repair.

All the team I spoke to at Sytner Sunningdale where very helpful and responsive unlike other BMW dealerships that I spoke too during my purchase journey.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team and gave me all the information to make an informed choice about my car
The Sales person (Amy Shingles) was excellent from the moment I went to discuss which vehicle to buy and then throughout the decisions as to what spec and kept me up to date with delivery time.
This purchasing occasion was to replace a previous purchase that was continually breaking down on me - but to be fair BMW came good in replacing the vehicle.
