Despite buying my car, almost 7 years ago from Sytners, on this visit you had my car registered to my husband. When I turned up, therefore, the service consultant waited until my husband arrived to talk to him, across me, about the work to be done!
As promised, on time and at advertised cost.

For the above repair under warranty I had to wait for nearly a month before BMW Sunningdale would fit me in with an appointment.
Quick repair. Courteous service. Covered under warranty. Advisor was late calling me back after the repair was completed, so I lost my ride. However, he arranged for a cab to collect me. Excellent service.

Work appears okay, but at first attempt Sytner had car for a day, I went back to collect and only then told they didn't complete the work (no time). 2nd try I booked loan car, but called day before to confirm collection? Returned with v limited range
The service I got was very good and they responded well to the time restrictions I had.
mechanical part has been completed to satisfaction so far. However, the mechanic getting in and out of the car has left scuff marks on the door and door sill and around the gear area. Do they not wear gloves or do they just not care?
There were dirty finger marks on the inside light fabric on the driver's side.
Seem to have solved the hesitation issue
I made this booking online based on what the on-board computer reported. The cost was estimated to around £200. Once I arrive for the service I am told that the cost is now £500.
The staff and experience were excellent. The only downside was the valet of my car. I know is was complimentary, but it was very poor and I had to take it to be cleaned again by mt regular car washer.
i was charge for changing the micro filter, when i check on the car computer it stated that micro filter change is due in 3 months. Was the micro filter change or not i do not know?
Very helpful staff by phone and in person. Excellent communication about resolving the problem.
Service level is very good and I'm confident in the service team, but the cost o dealer servicing is very high
I would give 5 stars except for BMWs continuing inability to sort out scuffed allow wheels. This is something that needs attention at Sytner! It is an obvious shortcoming.

Professional and friendly staff at Sytner, Sunningdale. They were very clear on the services and there was no ambiguity in any communications - unlike the previous experience at Berry, Chiswick.

The team were fantastic from start to finish. Cleanliness of the car following the wash was not great hence the 4 stars
Only notified an hour before closing car was ready for collection, not offered use of courtesy car for the duration (later discovered this was an option) and took 25 minutes for car to be ready when I arrived.
Booking in was confusing but I think they were experiencing building works or similar as there was not enough desks for the reception staff and there was no record of my booking for the day even though I had been called the day previously to confirm

Two things i am not sure is i am using a non franchise mats on top of the BMW mats but when i got home the front passenger side is missing. Invoice include repair kit which wasnt explain if its to do w/ the recall, are we suppose to pay for it?
Laura was great! I left a not in my envelope saying I had stone chips and wanted some advice on what can be done to stop rust and by the time I returned later that day she had got the body shop to go round and touch them all in!

Great staff and overall set up
Exceptional service, I was provided with a pre booked courtesey car, kept up to date with progress and all work was carried out to my full satisfaction.
Good, though usually have to book for a long time in the future.

Boot straps were replaced but still not working properly and clip is now missing

Car was serviced at Sytner South Ascot, it was done promptly whilst I waited. The staff are always polite and pleasant.
Team are always consistently excellent, both in service and execution (be it parts, warranty or workshop). Reception team are brilliant.

Id booked an appointment to wait whilst the job was done and was expecting to wait for 90 minutes - my car was ready, including being cleaned and valeted in less than an hour. Excellent!

Serviced as expected, however, I was asked if I wanted the car washed, I ticked yes please but on pickup it had not been washed. There is always a long wait to pick the car up. 3/4 of an hour. Not enough staff at end of day to cover all pickups.
Why tell me that I am to receive a video of my car when it was 'on the ramp' and enquire about whether I received the video when I went to collect my car - but then not send me the video? Odd. Not that I really wanted a video!

This was my first time buying a brand new car from Sytner Sunningdale. Mo was efficient, friendly and the whole process was made easy and he went that extra mile when I picked up my car knowing it was my first time purchasing from new.
This covers all aspects from my dealings with sales through to delivery of the car. The salesman took the time to understand my needs and then find the right vehicle for me. He respected my wishes in terms of contact.

Look after very well by James & Amy Shingles who was both so helpful and the car was delivered earlier than expected.
Purchase was great. However disappointed that the satnav is still not activated despite trying to download activation codes several times. Not able to use this functionality.
Nearly 5 star but let down on the day I took delivery, not as good as the last 2 times. Last 2 cars presented under a cover and made special by including wine & flowers, this time car was presented uncovered in the corner of showroom with no gift!

In terms of satisfaction through the Sunningdale branch I was completely satisfied but in terms of the experience I encountered with having to get a second new vehicle order after the first one was crashed into as it got unloaded, this made me uneasy
