Excellent Service team at Sytner Sunnigdale
Very good customer service in difficult circumstance's
Booking was easy, no excuses about having too much recall work (Cooper couldn't do the service for many many weeks), wifi useful, location near the station is great. It's a shame it's not near the new car dealership.

It was explained clearly how the process worked for the car to be fixed under warranty. At least not until it was checked in by the service agent.
This last experience was poor. Booked car in for an emergency repair. Told it was ready to collect then called to say it was not ready. Waited to pick it up but no call so had to chase. Then on Collection found car unwashed.

Everything was explained as to what would be carried out to the car from start to finish.
My car was booked in, dropped in, serviced and returned in showroom condition within a day. No fuss, no faults, no delays. Exactly what Im after having commitments such as Work, young children etc. The staff were extremely professional and courteous

Completely satisfied. My issue was dealt with swiftly and sympathetically. My service advisor knew his stuff and I was treated with the greatest respect and even given a cup of coffee!

My experience with the service adviser was completely process based without any regard to customer care.
There are signs that there is a serious problem yet in my view it has not been investigated properly.

I booked the car for MOT and SERVICE. The day that I brought the car I was told that is not BMW policy to do the service 2 weeks before the due date and now I have to book service again. Disappointment, waste of time, and difficult to understand

As above really. Richard Jackson is very good, I've dealt with him previously. It's service like that, that makes you stick with a brand and dealer.

Initially Sytner were very responsive. Recently I have written two emails - no reply.

would have been 5 star if not for the fact that as a very low mileage driver the service schedule does not suit resulting in relatively high cost maintenance to ensure FSH.
I wanted to hide the age of the car with the private registration. Your team could've helped to enhance the emotion of owning a BMW for the first time. It's huge from the emotion side of the client. Staff training is very important.

First experience. Waited in reception for car service. All good.
Although staff were very pleasant when I saw a rep, I did feel a little ignored while I was waiting, as another person who came in after me was seen first.
Had to wait 25 minutes to see a Service Manager, even though asked receptionist to remind him that I had been forgotten. She just replied - you are next on my list. Also overall manager just sat and watched me complain, without coming to see me.

Receptionist was busy on phone when I arrived (talking about cakes) and no one stood in to help. Receptionist also spent time looking at TV and talking loudly.
Not sure my exhaust problem has been fixed
No complaints this time. Everything was as expected.
My M6 has suffered two problems since Oct and repaired OK, I may still have a problem with the trackstar which may have been triggered during last repair. I did have it booked in but the problem stopped for a week but has happened again.
Personalised service and report of work done to the car in paper and by video to my phone
I asked for a pen to be removed which fell through the little hole in the back seat and it's moving from left to right as I turn the car I was told it was removed but it never was
The process was fairly straight forward
Too many cars booked in. Small issue asked for advice on(see q4), no advice when picking up as no proper consultation as everyone was very busy. 700 miles after service I found Oil cap hadn't been replaced, was left on front lip of engine.
1. I sent an e-mail to the address on a bill, waited more than 24 hours and had to follow up asking, am I going to get a response etc.2. It took over an hour to make contact with a receptionist to answer a message from you.
The assistant helped and the staff were friendly, but the back and forth between Sunningdale and Solihull wasnt overly professional. I ended up asking to be involved in the conversation as it appeared like children fighting. John was good though.

The service was quick. There were not unwelcome surprises. The cost of the service was very reasonable.
At the end of picking up my car it was mentioned that the air conditioning gas was low - in fact when I drove the car the air conditioning was not active (no gas!). Why this was not topped up I do not know, especially as warmer weather now upon us!
my car was serviced as expected and washed & cleaned afterwards. I only had to wait 90mins or so before collecting
Helpful staff & always keep one updated on what's happening with vehicle.
Apart from having to take the car back to resolve the A/C everything was fine and conducted in a reasonable time (as I was waiting).
Both Ascot and Sunningdale are really nice to deal with, from when I purchased both cars right through servicing.
I try to be flexible when I take my car in, I don't push for a loan car unless I have appointment booked. The staff know this and in return drop me back to my office - now that is going over and above customer expectations.
some scuff marks on my rear bumper but I polished them out.

There was dent that was not picked up when I collected car .Only when I got home we noticed .But this is nearly sorted. Dent is out but a couple of white spots which needs to go to sprayer .Leaving for a couple of weeks as I am on holiday .
