I'm with them for more than 10 years now and they've always managed to surprise me with exceptional service and customer care.
Service fine. Was in a hurry to leave but keys were lost for 20 minutes so delayed. Also car parking awful at site. Staff under extreme pressure seemingly.

The car was returned to me with the main engine warning light showing. Which I didnt notice till I got home. When I reported this to the garage the person that dealt with me originally was not available. So I had to return to the garage.
Team are always consistently excellent, both in service and execution (be it parts, warranty or workshop). Reception team are brilliant.
Car was serviced at Sytner South Ascot, it was done promptly whilst I waited. The staff are always polite and pleasant.

Id booked an appointment to wait whilst the job was done and was expecting to wait for 90 minutes - my car was ready, including being cleaned and valeted in less than an hour. Excellent!
Nicole Waller, is a credit to BMW sunningdale and I can not speak highly enough of everything she did to help manage expectations. Nicole literally took care of me from the moment I stepped in the door until everything was complete, a true asset.

Why tell me that I am to receive a video of my car when it was 'on the ramp' and enquire about whether I received the video when I went to collect my car - but then not send me the video? Odd. Not that I really wanted a video!
Serviced as expected, however, I was asked if I wanted the car washed, I ticked yes please but on pickup it had not been washed. There is always a long wait to pick the car up. 3/4 of an hour. Not enough staff at end of day to cover all pickups.

Brakes now seem to squeak when slowing down now, which they hadn't done in the past when I had it serviced. I was also told over the telephone when booking that it was due its complimentary end of warranty check, but then told in person no.

No issues with standard of work. Still fail to understand why the service costs nearly £400 after only 1200 miles, having just bought a £70,000 car. Would have been a nice gesture of BMW if this had been included.
Engine emissions light continues to come on and cause remains undiagnosed. Do not consider I should.be charged an expensive additional fee to investigate this at a BMW garage when I have already purchased a service plan.
Please see response to question 1, around vehicle drop off. I also upon collection walked out with Chas to find mud up the back of my car despite it having just been washed and brought around by Chas. He did get some cloth to wipe it off.
Not good customer service
Disappointed that the car had to go back after delivery due to some issues but these were all dealt with and with no hassle.

On two previous occasions I had mentioned the problem in the suspension ( dampers not working properly) no fault was found, on this occasion it was found and the faulty dampers had caused damage to the steering rack! that could have been avoided!

BMW was responsive with the issues but there were a few and am still waiting for a call to resolve the damage done to the car.
Car in to have a full tracking check/adjust at BMW price. I was told that track rod nuts were rusted which would incur extra cost. 2 issues 1) car just over 3 yrs old rust should not be an issue. 2) T rod nuts are part of the adjustment so why extra

The drop-off was very quick, although it was felt (by one of the BMW staff) that my contact should have moved the car from a tight spot before handing me the key to the courtesy car. Pick up was quite slow. Courtesy car radio broken.
Service carried out with no issues and in a timely manner
I'm assigning customers to one advisor doesn't work. My advisor (Richard) told me that my car was finished and just needed a wash, 15-20 mins. An hour later, I asked what was going on - Richard had left the building, and I was ignored. V.Disappointed

See above, its disappointing being charged for something that was down to BMW and or the service garage as the back wheels had never come off the car until now. Why is that the owners responsibly, these are expensive cars.

Dealt with very efficiently.
I suspected I might have a valve leaking in one of the tyres...transpired a nail was found instead....just as well I had it checked....prevented the prospect of a flat tyre and all the inconvenience that would cause.
Excellent service, friendly and professional staff with good knowledge. Only problem I was told that it would only take two hours to complete my car, but it took five hours in total.

The only thing stopping me giving a 5 is that the courtesy car could have been better. I was having my M4 services and received a low spec 1 series as a courtesy car. Seems a missed upsell opportunity.

Car not ready when stated, despite knowing what was needed. Had to rearrange plans on following day.
What I was not told was that the Service was to take place in Ascot and not Sunningdale, I sat in the car park for an hour before finding out
I had to call twice re the on board computer, only told when returned the vehicle to update the system that on 1st October many other customers had the same experience. Why did I not get a call to inform me rather than having to check car daily .

The experience was good, but there was a delay in dealing with me at the agreed time.
Kept waiting for over 30 minutes to check car in. No communication all day. Had to chase at 4pm for an update Then had to wait again to get update. Finally got car by 5.30pm. Still waiting 11 days later for update from BMW re warranty part.

See above. Also been having lots of issues with a recall on my wife's car where part out of stock for months. If you have an issue that warrants a recall you should get stock in much quicker. My wife is now concerned about driving the car - not good

It went well but was quite expensive for a service after I had only completed about 4000 mile from the last service.
Helpful staff and polite and kept me informed of the cars services progress. Loved the video that was sent by email showing and explaining the service.
I have used Sytners service department in Ascot, for the maintenance of my cars for the last ten years and always found them to be reliable, informative and honest with all my dealings with them.
I was welcomed on arrival, updated on progress for my cars service. I also really liked to video sent to me to show the service check. Excellent from start to finish.
The service centre is in South Ascot not Sytner Sunningdale.
