Easy to arrange and the replacement car was ready and waiting
Service was excellent and car was returned as expected however I had to wait nearly three weeks for service date from time of call.
Lora was terrific and looked after me from booking to delivery of the serviced vehicle
This is low because both my wife and I feel BMW's after care is poor.
Lost for words
With regard to how I was treated eventually, inam very satisfied, however I would say without New Car sales intervention, Id be completely dissatisfied and this would make me consider either using another dealer, or switch from BMW.

Coustomer service second to none, genuinely interested in what you say, listen well and helpful both in service and sales. Normally when you buy a car, you drive away, and your on your own, not the case with Sytner Sunningdale.
Reacted promptly to my issue (flat tyre).
I had a "transmission too hot warning light" issue to be investigating. I reported this 28/06. I was booked in for a "pick up & collect" (04/07). My car wasn't initially collected but under duress it went in on the 4th.. My was car returned 19/07
Because they make the customer feel important. Their premises are spotlessly clean & the staff are superb when it comes to customer care

Initial response from the service centre was excellent. However when I phone back to say the car would be delivered by tow truck the receptionist said it would take 2 days before it could be seen as they were busy even though they had already agreed

The level of service provided by Chas Lawler was wonderful, his level of communication, dealing with myself as the customer was full marks. He should be commended for the service he provided.
Excellent Service team at Sytner Sunnigdale
Booking was easy, no excuses about having too much recall work (Cooper couldn't do the service for many many weeks), wifi useful, location near the station is great. It's a shame it's not near the new car dealership.

It was explained clearly how the process worked for the car to be fixed under warranty. At least not until it was checked in by the service agent.
This last experience was poor. Booked car in for an emergency repair. Told it was ready to collect then called to say it was not ready. Waited to pick it up but no call so had to chase. Then on Collection found car unwashed.

My car was booked in, dropped in, serviced and returned in showroom condition within a day. No fuss, no faults, no delays. Exactly what Im after having commitments such as Work, young children etc. The staff were extremely professional and courteous

My experience with the service adviser was completely process based without any regard to customer care.

I booked the car for MOT and SERVICE. The day that I brought the car I was told that is not BMW policy to do the service 2 weeks before the due date and now I have to book service again. Disappointment, waste of time, and difficult to understand

As above really. Richard Jackson is very good, I've dealt with him previously. It's service like that, that makes you stick with a brand and dealer.

They have bourne the brunt of my dissatisfaction and have done everything to help. Even though the car was bought direct from BMW UK Park Lane.
Initially Sytner were very responsive. Recently I have written two emails - no reply.

Totally satisfied. Rob Hicks is just superb. He goes above and beyond what you'd normally expect, is completely genuine and is extremely good at what he does.
There was dent that was not picked up when I collected car .Only when I got home we noticed .But this is nearly sorted. Dent is out but a couple of white spots which needs to go to sprayer .Leaving for a couple of weeks as I am on holiday .
