I’d booked an appointment to wait whilst the job was done and was expecting to wait for 90 minutes - my car was ready, including being cleaned and valeted in less than an hour. Excellent!

Why tell me that I am to receive a video of my car when it was 'on the ramp' and enquire about whether I received the video when I went to collect my car - but then not send me the video? Odd. Not that I really wanted a video!

Engine emissions light continues to come on and cause remains undiagnosed. Do not consider I should.be charged an expensive additional fee to investigate this at a BMW garage when I have already purchased a service plan.

On two previous occasions I had mentioned the problem in the suspension ( dampers not working properly) no fault was found, on this occasion it was found and the faulty dampers had caused damage to the steering rack! that could have been avoided!
