Everything went well. Two trivial observations for improvements. 1. I asked for a chat/quote on two minor scratches. This didn't happen 2. The complementary car wash seemed rushed as both the paintwork and glass were very smeared.

Gary Docherty was amazing as he advised me the issues with the car I was having and this was supposed to take 2 days to repair and needed new tyres to source as special tyres but managed to sort everything the next day

Their attention to detail. From Maya through to the Service engineer Zaks under car report which was very clear. Often the service engineers race through the underbody report and the audio is not so clear.

Booked location guidance was poor. Went to Sunningdale to be told it's Ascot and that this happens often. The staff could not provide me a justifiable explanation as to why this oil change was needed and not covered, complimentary wash non existent

All good really but noticed that the courtesy wash did not get all the brake dust off the wheels i.e. some edges still had brake film untouched. I very much liked the video report which was presented in a clear and concise fashion, very helpful.

Will, the technician, called to introduce himself, gave full breakdown of timings, & car would be washed. Called saying car was ready & 2 notifications raised from MOT. Collected, great handover. Really impressed, car is booked in for brake pads.

When I dropped off the car I was asked to fill in a form with my contact number so I can be updated on the service. I didn't get the update. Instead the number is taken off client records and my husband gets the notification instead.

Promised an initial remote diagnosis by two agents prior to bringing the vehicle in and then when the service rep rang me was told that remote diagnosis was an onsite thing. Also, the vehicle was retained for two nights due to a part issue.

Car ready 3pm (invoice14:55, app showed car locked 15:15). No call to tell me. Rang at 5pm - no promised call back. Set off at 5.15 to get there for 6pm. Told they'd rung & texted. Phone had been with me and working. Think they'd forgotten me.

1 alerted them to the charging port issue at about nine am - they collected the car about 12:30 - fixed the issue and returned it to me by lunch time the next day - and honoured free charge due to common issue.
