Difficult to give a rating for what i had done. I dropped my car off, it was taken for its MOT and returned to me two and a half hours later. During thatvtime i had no interaction with any staff. The centre was clean, warm and a nice place to sit.

Sytner Dealer service has received this score as they needed 3 separate attempts (April to August 26) to diagnose an Aircon fault. BMW Customer Service / Head Office would receive a score of 0 as the warranty offer was completely unacceptable.

Be cause it took it took 8hrs for a mot and break fluid change when i looked at my bill they never started on it till 340pm lost my car for the whole day

Booking in was hassle free after being met by very polite and welcoming colleague. Car was ready for collection at agreed time and again handover was both friendly and pleasant. Liked the video check.

After booking in did not see any one till i was told the car was ready and this didn't tie in with the progress schedule.Then i was told that they couldn't open the bonnet to complete the walk round check.

The service carried out and general customer service great. Just a but disappointed with the cleaning of the car, seemed like it was rushed and didnt feel fresh. Water marks all over the car and windows, hoover looked very rushed also

Good availability, excellent communication, easy to deal with via WhatsApp (which suited me). When something didn't quite go to plan they were upfront about it and solved the problem by delivering the car back to me. Pricing reasonable as well.
