A couple of slight disappointments which aren't major issues but stop a 10 are car handed over with a nearly empty tank of wind screen wash was a bit disappointing, handover of car done in car park rather than in handover areas like other customers.

In my 35 years of using BMW, my recent visit to Sytner Ascot was singularly my worst experience. The customer service representative was incredibly rude and the car was returned with the same fault in went in with.

2nd visit very disappointed and will not be coming back. Service checks were not carried out properly, damaged tyres missed. I did report damage to underside not shown on video and still waiting for estimate. Very rushed poor service

I found the lack of a person to speak to very difficult when trying to book the service. Once my car was in it was extremely easy to communicate after Billy linked me to his WhatsApp.

I was upset my brand new BMW had to go back in . I had to wait a further week to then have it fixed and was given a hire car with no petrol in in. However John who I dealt with at Sytner service in Ascot was very helpful as was the service manager.

On arrival I felt that the reception team did not present a warm welcome. I had to ask. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was very tired and it would've been nice to be asked. Would you like a cold drink or coffee? I had to help myself

Except you did not remove the 'skid app' that comes on when I get to 40 mph. It's a nuisance, as the little I drive it is not required. I'll pop in soon to have it done.

My vehicle went in for MOT only and I ended up having a service and 2 new tyres (over £1000)! When I returned home the warning light for insufficient air pressure came on. I have not been able to have this rectified yet.

Replacement car was not available as requested and agreed at time of booking, made to feel it was my fault, no apology on behalf of BMW, so had to wait for over two hours for car. This visit was due to a recall so would expect better.

I was entirely happy with my experience at Synter Sunningdale. I got a fair price for the 5 Series I traded in. The BMW loyalty deal was helpful. Most importantly Rob Hicks who I dealt with was excellent.
