1 alerted them to the charging port issue at about nine am - they collected the car about 12:30 - fixed the issue and returned it to me by lunch time the next day - and honoured free charge due to common issue.

It was a very easy 'while you wait' experience. The facilities were very good and it was easy to carry on with my daily work while my car was serviced. The team even went the extra mile in tracking down the nearest Post Office for me!

Alfie in service was pretty good in communicating - my one ask is can the dealer be quicker returning keys. I do not need to wait for a technician to be free if all they do is hand the keys back where there is no technical update

The team is super accommodating as accidentally I took my car a week earlier as I messed up my days but they never sent me back and did the relevant works for my car. Mark was very friendly and explained in details about the servicing.

Not satisfied with the customer service for the past 2 years - I've complained repeatedly nothing changes - for example car wasn't even washed or vacuumed the last time despite Sytner sunningdale having for the whole day

Sunningdale not able to fix the issue with my car for past 10 months and I have been constantly experiencing repeated issues. Finally, Sytner Sunningdale gave-up and they were making the issue more complex.

The service agent Will had to be chased for updates constantly and didnt call back when he said he would. He also claimed the vehicle was being worked on when it wasnt, the car has live tracking showing its movements and when the bonnet is open etc.
