Overall the service experience was good. The mechanical fault that triggered the EML was fixed and another issue was identified and resolved which was great. A separate paid for issue for the sunroof was not fixed successfully and unsure of next step

My X1 has a puncture repair outfit in the form of a clip on disc, and no one in the sales or service departments has the time to explain to me how it works, and how to remove it. A little disappointed.

I was checked in immediately and car ready within the 2-hour time slot. I'd booked to have the bonnet gas canisters checked/replace (as per email received) - wasn't until I got home so realised that hadn't been done. No comms about it since.

All issues raised during booking were thoroughly investigated and clearly explained by Billy. Although not everything could be resolved on this visit, the required parts are already on order from Germany and a follow-up appointment has been arranged.

Have had 2 visits to this centre and have been told on first visit I had dangerous tyres. Second visit my tyres haven't been changed and are all showing green on health check and have actually grown tread. Lies from centre. Massive disappointment

The breakdown truck driver was excellent, the rear wheels being locked as a result of the fault. My wife is disabled and only able to transfer from her wheelchair into a saloon car. The only car available from Enterprise was an SUV.

The actual repair was great - however as no PO had been sent from sytner Solihull, a two hour wait ensued before this was resolved. Both Sunningdale ans Solihul ought to have checked, prior to asking us to arrive a 8am. Otherwise would be top marks.

It is almost impossible to speak to a human. 5 calls and 1 WhatsApp before i could get an answer to a question. it was suggested i replace 4 tyres and have a washer bottle clean at £150 for MOT i did not and passed MOT next day at separate garage.

Maya was fantastic but the quote to sort out the air suspension on my 5 series touring was ridiculous. Almost £5k - I sorted it for £1,280 at a local independent who were, if anything, more knowledgeable on the parts, options and what needed doing.
