I was advised in good time that one part would not be available until the next day, so I used the train from Reading to Ascot, where I discovered the rear access to/from the station was conveniently located across the road from your facility.

I noticed two long brown scuff marks on the driver's side interior door panel,caused during the engineer's entry into the vehicle.Marks from spilled liquid on center console,grease/oil stains on gear stick and dirt on the driver's side carpet.

The service manager Adam was very considerate and waived all the labour charges for a problem which was difficult to diagnose and resolve. Once he took over, he kept me well informed of progress and what was likely to happen next.

The Service Advisor, at least my experience, was on the case with timely updates. Unusually, even when he was on leave, a colleague provided an effective update. Normally, most services fall apart when someone is off on leave.

Displeased with how difficult it is to get a loan car every time I bring my car for a service or an MoT

An issue was highlighted at the last service which was added to the list for checking on this visit. The service advisor even confirmed the job sheet reflected this. Yet the health check had no mention of it. Maybe you only mention chargeable work.

I had to wait over4 weeks for the replacement key to arrive . I like the video inspection and efforts to resolve my water ingress problem . I asked for my clock and calendar to be reset after my battery went flat biu message was not passed on .

Really great communicaiton and service. Onky drawback was I was told wipers need replacing, but with no offer of next steps on doign this (e.g. offering to order the part in and bring car back to install it). Likewise some body work damage was found

The annual service was performed and my request to change the wipers was done. However, because my tyres had borderline tread depth, they suggested I should purchase new tyres. I asked for a quote. None was delivered. Bought my tyres elsewhere.
