Shout out to Bryan West . bought my last car here despite it being over 225 miles away and having a Williams BMW outlet less than 10 miles from our home. So, 9.5 years later returned to Bryan to buy the next one. Jay Tutton was great too.

We were well looked after by Lauren. She was very calm and patient with us. There was a delivery 'issue' but Lauren prevented it going from a drama to a crisis. We loved the greeting message when we collected it, and the huge red bow on the bonnet!

I was told that the car needed the transmission oil changed and that was normal for the make and model. This is different to what BMW UK indicated. I only service my car at BMW and the previous owner was BMW so this is very unexpected.
