As usual Sytner Sunningdale service department have been very helpful,friendly and efficient. Couldn't be better.
Very good, Mark, was very professional and kept me informed. Only reason it wasn't a 5; I arranged to drop the car in on the Saturday but no one told me the centre closed at 1pm, so I (and my lift back) made an hour's wasted round trip.

As above, from my call expressing that my car had a warning light problem, when I was given a same day appointment. Continual updates by phone and email video messaging and a full explanation of the work done when the Workshop called me.

Booking was easy. Communication good. Car was ready as forecast. Only disappointment it was not valeted, due to virus restrictions. I am also disappointed by the withdrawal of the collect / return service. If Nissan continue to offer so should BMW.

I am very grateful for Mark calling me the day before the recall inspection to try to ensure that I would only be required to wait for a minimal amount of time (as the full recall work might have been a full day's work).
Very satisfied with the car's first service - but i did ask for the sat nav layout to be re-set to enable me to input the address using post code / road etc as i can only input the address via the search function

The process started last year between the lockdowns and I had a demo drive in a one series, very impressed. The young lady I was dealing with had left and I was contacted by Robyn, all queries dealt with and the right car was found for me.
Would have scored 4 because Covid restrictions precluded in-car familiarisation. But under the circumstances it was top notch.

The sales lady was very helpful at talking me through the various optional extras and helping me to decide what I'd find useful or not so useful. There were some issues with delivery dates but that wasn't the fault of tge dealership.
Even though I couldn't visit the showroom during lockdown, the remote service by e-mail and phone worked perfectly well, although I did miss visiting the showroom in person.
Given the current Covid restrictions in place and the fact it was freezing cold and snowing at the time of the handover, it wasn't the easiest handover I've experienced by a long way, but sales person advising me was brilliant in every aspect.
Justine made sure everything was as normal as possible even though it was all online she even called me on the day I collected the car even though it was not her day at the show room.
