Felt welcomed even though I was late for my appointment. They stayed behind to take care of my service. Even though the washing staff had left, still my car was washed by member of staff! Incredible.
I was advised when the car would ready at the latest and was able to track progress via the on line tracker. Staff at the centre were very polite and accommodating.
Great service, updates provided on progress, additional work discussed, no issues or problems at all.

Very good, Mark, was very professional and kept me informed. Only reason it wasn't a 5; I arranged to drop the car in on the Saturday but no one told me the centre closed at 1pm, so I (and my lift back) made an hour's wasted round trip.

The process started last year between the lockdowns and I had a demo drive in a one series, very impressed. The young lady I was dealing with had left and I was contacted by Robyn, all queries dealt with and the right car was found for me.
Would have scored 4 because Covid restrictions precluded in-car familiarisation. But under the circumstances it was top notch.
