Nothing at fault with service provided by staff, good communication etc.
The sales service is excellent. The after service is still, sadly, lacking far behind - although there has been some improvement,
John Young was a great ambassador for both BMW and Sytner, the service he provided me was very professional. I found the Sytner team on duty at the time of my attendance to pleasant and professional.

The service took longer than advised due to the wait for cars to be cleaned and as above I would have preferred a collection and drop off service which most other dealers seem to offer.
Already discussed with the deputy manager - service advisers attitude - basically called me a liar insisting that I had modified the car causing the issue that the car was examined for- PS I haven't and he obviously knows very little about my vehicle

Ive just got a new M5 through Sytner and I had difficulty getting an appointment for its running in service even giving 3 weeks notice. I had to resort to contacting the salesman that sold me this vehicle and possibly an X5 for help plus above proble
I have been highly impressed with the quality of service, especially, the Safety Check video sent to my iPhone; nice touch! On arrival to collect my vehicle I am met by a representative of the workshop who briefs me fully of the works carried out.

Price was competitive and sales advisor was good.
Everything done including recall and mot in less time than organised.
Only time will tell if the work carried out is successful . You get better service from independent service agents.

Service at garage fine. I found the change to remote booking unsatisfactory. Did not relate to or the car. Unable to understand issue I wanted looked at; actually misunderstood what iI said so that info garage had when I dropped car off was incorrect
1 month later and the car which is nearly new has still massive issue. SHAME on BMW

Gary was great however I am still waiting for someone to call me back from the body shop so I can organise the repair of my wheels.
Sales wise was good, servicing department atrocious due to not being able to get parts. However disappointed that I can't be offered another car as I paid £22K for a convertible that I can't even use over the summer!!
Professional and friendly service
would have been completely satisfied if they had not moved/adjusted passenger seat. Over a week later and numerous attempts the seat is still not right and has caused sever back pain to my wife.

I was only told of 3-4 hour wait time for MOT at the desk, not on the phone when booking. Receptionist not that helpful and I asked to see manager. I did not, she did and said manager would try to arrange MOT straight away. This was done.
Great service as always. My BMW 650i is my pride and joy so it means a lot to me to have the technicians take great care in servicing my car.
John's commitment to solving the problem effectively is second to none and he's a nice guy too

Still waiting for confirmation that my recall work was completed. There was no paperwork or mention of it when I collected the car. Also the car has been in twice before and the work was not carried out.
I love the service. I would have given 5 stars but I felt that there was some confusion between service dept and bodyworks team on what needed to be done. Clearly room for better collaboration between the two teams/depts

Damaged hub caps were replaced FOC, as caps were scratched at last years service.
See above This is the second strike - similar experience for my first service. It is simply appalling.
Above says it all. I love the way one is greeted by name as you drive in the entrance. Obviously they get your name from your number plate but it is a nice touch and one is always directed to a parking slot.

I couldn't speak to a service advisor when dropping off my car (they were all 'busy'), and was left for over a week with no updates until I rang them. Car then had to be returned for a further fix via an 'emergency' appointment needing 9 days notice.
I have a fault with air conditioning on my X3. It has been into the workshop twice and the fault has not been rectified. Sytner are a BMW main dealer and I cannot understand why with the backing of BMW technical they were unable to fix it.
Gary really looked after me and kept me updated through the day
The overall experience was positive but I had to wait half an hour to be seen for a booked time appointment. The staff were very friendly and the communication after the initial delay was excellent.

Cant find fault
Despite early booking, no courtesy car available. Then with less than 24 hours notice the MOT booked was cancelled as an 'external supplier' had let BMW down. Very poor.

The remedial work was carried out to a satisfactory degree, fixing my AdBlue filling problem. The only thing keeping them from a 'top' score is that the engine compartment looked like a bomb had gone off in it, and it took me an hour to clean it up.

Amazing quality of customer service, welcome, efficiency. Consistently friendly whilst always being clear about what would be possible and delivered. From the welcome by name as I arrived at the service centre, to the hot desks while you wait. A joy!

No problems encountered
Received very good service from our assigned agent, John Young, but when he was absent the reception person we spoke to wasn't very helpful and the person(s) designated to deal with our vehicle in John's absence did not contact us despite requests.
The cosmetic repair carried out to my car was very good.
The work was carried out to my satisfaction and car left very clean.
A little surprised at the price and why I was told a higher price which was then immediately reduced. Would rather have just been told the final price. Also 2 days later another warning has come up

I started out very very impressed. There was a delay due to needing parts. Unfortunately the service representative I had, was ill the following day and communication which was excellent, turned out to be non-existent and unresponsive.

The representative Gary was great. The video wasn't very clear and left me thinking it was incomplete. The two receptionists were not good at their job.

Whilst there was some delay in manufacture /delivery it was nice of Justine to pull out the stops to expedite delivery. It's a pity it had to rain, not the best weather to try out a rag top!!
