The service team was prepared for my car; covid related arrangements were clearly stated, and the required work was carried out on time
Service was simple, but quick and efficient
The staff were welcoming, and my car was ready two hour before my asking time of 3 o'clock, for which I was pleased and thankful, because I had had another task to do that day.
The end result was what I was looking for, but it did take 3 visits (with my wife ferrying me backwards and forwards) to resolve the issue. However, I am pretty/fairly satisfied now, and I was looked after well by Gary, who escalated my issue.
Because I was completely satisfied. At all times the process felt comfortable, you knew what was happening, good communications, the guy we talked to was just great.

Service carried out promptly and on time, was contacted periodically on progress then informed when ready for collection. Unfortunately due to covid pandemic the car was not cleaned as normal but an apology and explanation given. Very pleased.

My car was serviced and in addition, I had two small issues both of which were attended to and resolved. I received a video via my phone which was a "Car safety check" informing of matters like tread depth on the tyres and also brake pad wear.
The staff member was friendly and was able to order the part I needed immediately. The part arrived. I was notified and on collection my problem was fixed very quickly.

Cost of labour was incredibly high compared to cost of the car part. Car was held with BMW service department for 3 days before part was fitted.
I was really pleased by the customer service I received from Amy Shingles. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Amy's communication through the whole process was excellent. I was contacted and kept up to date every step of the way.
The car was ready earlier than expected so it was made possible for me to collect early, the whole process was made very simple including the return of my old BMW

Due to the current pandemic crisis and for safety and health reasons, Amy was unable to do a handover with me. I am, however, confident that once things return to "normal", I'll be invited back. In the meantime, I have an Owner's manual to read. ??
