The end result was what I was looking for, but it did take 3 visits (with my wife ferrying me backwards and forwards) to resolve the issue. However, I am pretty/fairly satisfied now, and I was looked after well by Gary, who escalated my issue.
The staff were welcoming, and my car was ready two hour before my asking time of 3 o'clock, for which I was pleased and thankful, because I had had another task to do that day.
Because I was completely satisfied. At all times the process felt comfortable, you knew what was happening, good communications, the guy we talked to was just great.

Service carried out promptly and on time, was contacted periodically on progress then informed when ready for collection. Unfortunately due to covid pandemic the car was not cleaned as normal but an apology and explanation given. Very pleased.
