Because I have always been satisfied with the service I have received Sunningdale BMW
All work done on time as said
Made me wait for over an hour, people came in after me and were dealt with before me, terrible experience
All good from booking to check-in and follow-up.
The staff are extremely polite and Josef was highly diligent and hard working.
Always 5 star, particularly like receiving the video from the garage showing the engineer talking through the findings of the service
Carl was able to diagnose and fix a problem with a tyre other garages had failed to find.I very much experienced his opinions.

Relatively minor thing but my car was not parked outside when I left so having walked round the car park a couple of times I went back in to find it was still behind the barrier.

Repair was good, communication - especially regarding the collection of the car -was poor. Poor availability of courtesy cars and/or of a collect and delivery service will make future use of your garage questionable.

Generally feel that BMW service costs are very high. Service itself met my expectations.
Service was a while you wait service so was completed in just over an hour. During that time my service adviser kept me up dated on progress and addressed a couple of questions I had.
The front office and the service rep were very professional and helpful in their approach. They were keen to look after my needs and help me to the best of their ability.
Service itself was very good, but a bad taste left after buying a service plan before my first service, then having to spend over 500UKP on this service which I thought would be included

Met on arrival and attended to promptly, with video of tyres and brakes in my inbox with an hour. Kept in touch with service updates and car ready on time as advised.
Waiting time on collection excessive due to personal approach. Had to wait 15 mins to pay for 2 tyres! Any one of your staff could have taken payment (they were all sat chatting!) In the end had to prompt to have another staff member take payment

There was a concern on one of the repairs that I may have to pay (to clear blockage in the wash screen wiper system). This concern was resolved, otherwise I would have been completely satisfied. I do get a tad frustrated when things like this arise.
Took too long to collect the car after servicing
It took them almost one hour to replace a light bulb however, they didn't charge me for the service.
Friendly welcome from Diane, and prompt and very helpful service from Sam, who checked over my car after I hit a deer, to confirm it was safe go drive, and sort out a prompt and efficient repair.
The car was ready and clean when I required it
The service was booked on-line through the BMW centre and not via the Ascot facility. Without receiving the normal phone confirmation the previous day, I was unsure as to whether the booking had been made.
Arriving at the South Ascot Service Centre without an appointment, I was seen within 10 minutes. They arranged for a taxi to take me home and organised a rental car until my car could be repaired. Customer service was excellent and timely.

The actual service was good quality, however I picked the 'While you wait' service which said it would take 1.5 hours and it took 3. I had to chase for multiple updates there was no proactivity

My Z4 has been checked twice in a year's time for water ingress issues, with the outcome being it's unclear why it happened. In addition, an issue was reported with the roof, which was never solved until it became a safety issue.

The car failed the MOT and Sytner were able to rectify the problem without charge. Impressive.

Great service given
Servicing OK, but felt not totally valued..... software update performed but did not sort problem out, quoted £1200 for replacement which I thought was unreasonable.
I arranged a specific time for delivery and a courtesy car So did not expect to be kept waiting for 40 minutes before talking to the service representative. The receptionist intimated that I would be seen in a minute. No courtesy car so had to replan
As I was going into hospital, they ensured my car was returned promptly.
At the time I was so pleased to get my car .However the car was not cleaned, the seat was out of position and after paying over £800 for a service .......!!

With regard to how I was treated eventually, inam very satisfied, however I would say without New Car sales intervention, Id be completely dissatisfied and this would make me consider either using another dealer, or switch from BMW.

Coustomer service second to none, genuinely interested in what you say, listen well and helpful both in service and sales. Normally when you buy a car, you drive away, and your on your own, not the case with Sytner Sunningdale.
Reacted promptly to my issue (flat tyre).
I had a "transmission too hot warning light" issue to be investigating. I reported this 28/06. I was booked in for a "pick up & collect" (04/07). My car wasn't initially collected but under duress it went in on the 4th.. My was car returned 19/07
Because they make the customer feel important. Their premises are spotlessly clean & the staff are superb when it comes to customer care
