I have tried at a number of visits to get you to change the name on my record to mine rather than my husbands. At this visit I tried again, the person I spoke to had the impertinence to suggest that my husband paid for it. This is not true.

Rude member of staff I dealt with. The price quoted by online booking was not honored! I had to let them know and asked to speak to service manager to reduce it to the level I was quoted by your online booking. No video was sent to email?

My wife took the car in to have the headlights adjusted, as they are shining to high, blinding oncoming drivers. When the car was examined, my wife was told that the lights were fine and that they are "just bright." Never used to happen.
