It took over 4months to get the parts in to do the service
I felt it was expensive for what was done hence not 'completely satisfied' but no complaints with service provided and work done.

I had an intermittent fault on my vehicle which is always difficult to diagnose. It took a number of visits before the fault was rectified but I was always kept informed of the progress.

Richard (Jackson) was very professional, courteous and most importantly kept me fully informed and updated on my car. The fact that the wheel didn't arrive with the morning supplies was disappointing but he rang me immediately and informed me. :)

In general everything seems to have been ok, drop off and collection was fairly easy. Although I do have to call to find out when the vehicle is/will be ready for collection, rather than the agent contact me as soon as it is ready

The car was in for a long time and when I was told it was ready to be picked up it hadn't been valeted, which was the reason I had to have the courtesy car longer in the first place. I asked for Apple car play to be looked at and fixed, and it wasn'

Very friendly and informative and went out of their way to help answer my questions. After visiting Audi, the refreshments seemed a little low.
Overall happy with customer care but time predicted for service was much shorter than the actual time it took. I had completely emptied the boot for ease of vacuuming but it wasn't cleaned.

Repair detailed as a recall (ref exhaust gas recirculation unit) although I did not receive a note by email or otherwise (?) and replacement car was supplied and funded by Sytners.

Very convenient "while you wait" engine oil (first) service, with wi-fi available while waiting. Just the complementary coffee was awful!

Sorted the process problem
Received damage to the rear bumper of my car. Mentioned it to the garage and denied all knowledge. Took pictures of the damage and nothing more has come of it. Last time i use sytner.

BMW Sytner Sunningdale's service experience is amazing! The BMW centre dealt with my alloy wheel corrosion issue efficiently and it wasn't time consuming.
When asked two days later by BMW Sunningdale of what I my thoughts on the customer service etc. I explained my above issues , I was told the service manager wouldn't be impressed, but nothing has been done about it

No regular updates to progress. I had to call Synter for progress & couldn't get through to the service rep so always waiting for a call back. Finally got my car back over a week later. No courtesy car was offered, I was personally inconvenienced.
A bit confusing on where the car should be for the service but all in all very happy with customer service.
Had told them the car had a fault on previous visit but they couldn't identify on that occasion.

Not all of the issues were indentified correctly. This also gave me more comfort to have the work carried out at a garage with Master Technicians in house.
David Casey was a delight to deal with - however, the handover was a nightmare due to the finance (which had nothing to do with David). In the end, I decided to cancel the finance and pay cash for the car.
Phoned up and told oil service needed. When I turn up was told major everything service needed, also needed to pay close to £80 for a vehicle check on top! So agreed to do work which was 3-4 times the price. Didn't even top up water in screen wash!

Brakes can now only be changed on 17 October as I need a loan vehicle Clearly unsatisfactory as in the next two weeks I will be doing over 1000 miles as I have visits planned for Leeds and Durham

The service took longer than advised due to the wait for cars to be cleaned and as above I would have preferred a collection and drop off service which most other dealers seem to offer.
Servicing is efficient and effective (although I do find that I have to chase for information that the car is ready for collection)

Completely satisfied with my experience during the purchase and delivery of my car. The centre was able to find exactly the car I wanted within a week and I particularly liked the way the car was presented in the handover area.
Sat Nav in car did not work on handover. Took 4 hours on the handover day for it not to be resolved. Car was driven to my work for delievry the next day and was no longer clean.
